Welcome to The  Eli&your party (referred to as “service provider”, “us” or “we” in this document). By booking our grazing table and grazing box services, you (referred to as “customer” or “you” in this document) agree to the following terms and conditions:

Payment Policy

A deposit of 20% of the total quoted price is required to secure the booking. The remaining balance must be paid in full 48 hours before the event. Payment can be made by bank transfer or online payment methods. If payment is not received 48 hours prior to the event, The Pretty Parties Melbourne reserves the right to cancel the booking and retain the deposit.

Cancellation Policy

  1. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and you may need to cancel your order.
  2. If you need to cancel your booking, you must notify The Pretty Parties Melbourne in writing.
  3. If cancellation is made more than 7 days before the event, the 20% deposit will be fully refunded.
  4. If cancellation is made less than 7 days before the event, the 20% deposit will not be refunded.
  5. If you cancel the event due to COVID-19 restrictions, we will offer you a credit for a future booking, valid for 12 months from the original event date.

Equipment Policy

  1. All equipment, including but not limited to boards, bowls, utensils, and decorations, provided by The Pretty Parties Melbourne remains our property.
  2. Any lost, damaged, or stolen equipment will be charged to the customer at the full replacement cost.

Service Policy

  1. The grazing table and grazing boxes are prepared and delivered to the event location by The Pretty Parties Melbourne.
  2. The customer is responsible for providing a suitable table and sufficient space for the grazing table.
  3. The customer is responsible for ensuring that the event location is accessible at the agreed time of delivery.
  4. The customer is responsible for informing The Pretty Parties Melbourne of any food allergies or dietary requirements.
  5. The Pretty Parties Melbourne reserves the right to refuse service to any customer who fails to comply with the above terms and conditions.

Food Allergies

The Pretty Parties Melbourne will make every effort to accommodate customers with food allergies or intolerances. However, it is the responsibility of the customer to inform The Pretty Parties Melbourne of any allergies or intolerances at the time of booking. The Pretty Parties Melbourne cannot be held responsible for any allergic reactions that occur during or after the event.

Liability Policy

  1. The Pretty Parties Melbourne will not be held liable for any injury, damage, loss, or expense incurred by the customer or their guests during the event.
  2. The customer agrees to indemnify and hold harmless The Pretty Parties Melbourne from any and all claims, damages, and expenses arising from or related to the event.
